The service was outstanding took my wife’s 33 year old Engadget ring for repair. Spoke to Mr cope himself who made me feel like the ring was the only one in the world. Very quick repair time even under COVID 19 and when I picked it up was again made to feel special
Wife was over the moon with the standard of the repair and hasn’t stopped smiling since getting her ring back

Took my expensive Raymond Weil watch in today to have new battery fitted. Had previously taken it to local jewellers who said they had no idea how to get the back off. Cope's sorted it and fitted new battery at a very reasonable price. As always, outstanding service from this lovely jewellers. Both assistants I dealt with were wonderful. 5 stars. Bought my partners engagement ring, the service was 1000% better than any other jewelers I went into. The selection and quality of jewellery is also very good that we came back into by my engagement ring and we will come back here to buy our wedding rings.
