This work is considerably varied but a brief description would be that we are employed by the NHBC under their Buildmark Warranty scheme (for new properties & homes up to 10 years old), to correct either faults in construction or defective/unfinished work on the property prior to handover.

Established in 1968 & incorporated as a limited Company in 1975. Southstreet (Builders) Ltd have built a reputation for quality building works ranging from minor repairs through to the construction of individually designed new homes. We do not undertake any speculative development work, preferring to build to specific client requirements.
