The final work and quality of workmanship was excellent. What really lets them doen is trying to liaise with them to get a date for the work to be done once you have paid your deposit. We have used them before to put in large windows and returned to get a new front porch and back door.They took a substantial deposit from us at the beginning of May and said it would be four or five weeks. On contacting them at the end of June as we hadn't heard anything they just said they were busy and about to close for trades fortnight. The office staff just say it is out of their hands and can only take messages
