My son has insurance through them, has changed his car but can't get through on the phone (tried yesterday and today within hours the call center should of been open) to change his insurance so in effect has no car and is having to take two buses to work .

They made a mistake on my policy and wanted to charge me £140 to correct their mistake. Totally unhelpful and I tried to speak to a supervisor but they won't talk to the public to sort any issues. Avoid at all costs

I wanted to add someone onto my insurance, waited on hold for an hour and 15 mins before putting the phone down due to other commitments, there is no email or other method of contact for them on their website. Very disappointed.
