I work with individuals and in groups on a range of problems and issues including, relationship issues, work related issues, loss, and bereavement, eating disorders, self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness, stress, anxiety, and depression.I work short-term, or long-term. The number of sessions depends greatly on the nature of the concern and your preference.
