We buy continental clothing Sweatshirts and Hoodies via our printers for our brand. I have been these products for a few years and find the garments to be of extremely high quality and are still good after a couple of years of regular use. I have not had a single complaint from any of our customers either. Highly recommended.

15% of our order of sweatshists came in defective with holes, stains, faulty seams and incorrect size labels. Customer Service in Germany told us that we shouldn't expect better quality and cannot offer us a replacement because the quality would be the same. They said a refund is only possible if we ship back the goods and they judge them defect but that stains, for instance, didn't rule the product defect. Horrible experience - waste of time and money.

Be very careful if you buy from Continental Clothing Company from outside of UK. If there is a problem with the shipment, they do not accept any liability and wash their hands even if they’re who contracted the service.
I have exposed my case in the European Consumer Centre in my country. I simply want people to know about the problem and that there are organisations at European level that look after consumer rights.
I also want to add that the treatment of the company when you have a problem is bad, they do not answer and when you insist and they do it, they treat you with pride. Then, if

I agree with the other comments. Stock levels are low and the way they email is not very friendly. They sent me the wrong garments and instead of apologising they said send them back then and we will send the correct ones out. They wanted me to pay the returns until I said so. I will be surprised if they are about In the future as the industry is so competitive.

Ethical company and great garments, when they are in stock.. stock issues are a real problem and it effects our business and our customers too. Customer service is very poor and slack. They Would of got a better rating if they cared about their customers and sort the stock levels out.

Disappointing. I agree with the previous comment that customer service and sales teams are pretty awful. Feels like sales need some training in how to speak and email customers politely, as all you get is a grumpy resentful tone- and that's before you've even ordered! There are much friendlier companies where you can source uk made and fair trade tees.

Great garments. Unfortunately stock levels are horrendous and the service is also really bad. So many of our orders don't get sent out and we have to chase them up, despite paying for next day delivery. I've lost count of how many times we've had to let customers down because we can't get stock on time or at all. With other suppliers we use you can place orders up to 8pm and still receive them the next day, delivery is free over £150 and there's always stock. Continental offer absolutely no perks.
