West Thames Physiotherapy
Our team of therapists are skilled in treating patients of all ages and levels of fitness. We are experts in assessing and relieving neck pain, whether sustained through injury, stress or poor posture. Pilates works the core muscles to improve posture and balance, flexibility, stability and strength.

Problems with your lower back can cause pain, tingling or numbness from your back all the way to your toes. Following the latest announcement and lockdown restrictions there has been no change for the provision of essential healthcare. We continue to follow all guidelines which include health screening, enhanced cleaning and wearing PPE (personal protective equipment).
Services
At West Thames Physiotherapy all our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health and Care Professions Council. Our team also includes sports massage therapists, personal trainer and Pilates instructors. Tracy qualified from St Thomas' Hospital, London and has worked both in the National Health Service and private sector.
Physiotherapy aims to restore or maintain health for people affected by injury, illness or disability. It is a science based profession. Physiotherapists will assess the affected part of the body but also consider the person as a whole in their approach to rehabilitation. Your involvement in your care is important.
Please contact us if you would like any more information or advice about any of the therapies or classes we provide. Reception is open weekdays between 8am and 7pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm on Fridays. Our team of receptionists is here to help. If you are not sure if a therapy or class will suit you please contact reception who will arrange for you to speak to the appropriate practitioner to answer your queries.
The neck consists of 7 bones (vertebrae), muscles, ligaments, discs and nerves. Neck pain is very common and may occur due to injury, sustained poor posture such as prolonged computer use or general wear and tear. Sometimes the pain may be referred into the arm or hand due to irritation of the nerves in the neck.
To arrange an appointment at West Thames Physiotherapy please contact reception by phone or email. Pilates Classes currently run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. If you would prefer individual supervision, one to one Pilates sessions are available on request - or why not bring a friend to share the cost.
