The dentist and dental nurse,reception staff were all superb. I was treated extremely professionally by the reception who were polite as well as being informative. I was made to feel welcomed and calm. The waiting room is tranquill and for me being a very nervous person when visiting the dentist the serenity was most welcomed. I can honestly say that the dentist and dental nurse ensured my three visits for dental procedures were the best i have ever encountered at a dental practice. I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist but after my first visit here my worries and anxieties disappeared

Friendly dentist, my dentist moved on to somewhere else and was given new dentist. Very friendly, very supportive and genuine. Reason for 4 star is that was given a dentist who had only been working in the dentistry trade for a few months. However like I sis before friendly and outgoing dentist. Prefer to not stay outside in the freezing cold or wet weather to wait for my appointment, especially when I suffer from arthritis in my joints.

Really nice dentist and the receptionists are lovely too but:
Reported a problem in my upper jaw in late 2018 and was declined an x-ray.
Saw the dentist in December and January, and have been given wildly conflicting information.
Ignored a problem in my lower jaw, which another dentist has found a hole in!
I paid for treatment that I cancelled ten days ago due to lack of confidence and have not received refund yet!!
Have had to go to another dentist who have said that the tooth that was ignored in 2018 is no longer salvageable and I require two other fillings that were not diagnosed when I

Although I have been happy with the dental practice for many years, last month when I had to attend with a broken tooth, because I was early I was kept waiting outside in the cold for 20 mins. When I was admitted there was a very large waiting room which was completely empty. I'm not impressed at all with this treatment. As an OAP I felt it wasn't appropriate that I was left to wait out in the cold.
