Made mistakes in payroll - issued invoices for months salary wasn't taken of, were borderline late on company's VAT return and made mistakes in VAT return calculations, noone picks up landline number, miscalculated expenses in End of year accounts due to one employee not passing details to another! just horrifying bad overall!

Helpbox have been doing my accounts since September 2018 and I would definitely recommend them! They are not chartered accounts and have no idea what they are doing! they scan and send your documents to India, and because they are not charted you have no comeback when they completely mess up your account. As they did with my Buisness which has been going 25yrs and not one vat investigation until we used help box!
