We are a broad general practice, and our solicitors are experienced specialists in their fields. David has a Degree in Physics from the University of Bristol. However the excitement of Cosmological Theory wore off, and he decided to take up a new career in law, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1979. David has vast experience in buying and selling leasehold and freehold properties in London and elsewhere.

We have considerable experience in the preparation of both short and long Residential Leases. We believe in tailoring Leases to particular properties and situations rather than simply taking an "off the shelf" precedent. This avoids the pitfalls that arise from inappropriate clauses and the failure to include proper provisions (for example) for recovery of Landlord's costs.

Many years ago we asked Mr David Moore to assist us in resolving a matter with our leaseholder. Not only were we charged for them not resolving the issue, they also lost our lease! Mr Moore is also spectacularly unresponsive and cares very little about his clients.

I recently needed to contact Rodgers & Burton to assist with a dispute over a flat deposit return.
