We are a friendly village club located in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan and no more than a 10 minute drive from the M4 and 15 minutes from the centre of Cardiff. Our 18-hole course offers a challenging test for golfers of all abilities and ages. While it is only 5595 yards in length (5031 yards for ladies), the design rewards distance control and accurate iron shots.
Taking the opportunity to play here will also give you the chance to enjoy the stunning South Wales scenery to the north and west, as well as views South over the Bristol Channel to the Devon coast. The course is open all year round due to superb natural drainage. When you have finished your round you will find a warm welcome on the clubhouse terrace and in our two bars.

Services
Between these two dates the Steering Committee with its willing assistants, amateur and professional, organised one hundred and fifty gentlemen and fifty ladies into a Club and converted Highwalls Farm into a golf course. It was the availability of 38 acres of land at the farm that provided the spur for that initial formation meeting.

Big hitters can drive the 1st green, however if you find yourself to the left of the green then you are left with very little green to work with and an extremely hard approach. Try to avoid the quarry on the right hand side of the fairway right within driving distance. If you hit the fairway off the tee.you have a shot to the green.

Horrible staff - really rude and have no manners what’s so ever , firstly the price is way to high - food quality is more like 1 star quality and the staff deserve no star - they are so understaffed it’s ridiculous and the only saff I liked was at the bar a girl who was doing a trail shift and she was really pleasant and kind and really cared about the experience you had - I would suggest people stay away from this please - better of making ur own dinners as they would be better than this place - the owner who is called Micheal disgraceful manner - I have never met someone so rude and arrogant
