Just been told I will have to pay for a phone they tell me I broke and want over £300!! No way did I break the phone,woke up one morning,went to use the phone and it didn't have a signal,eventually someone from the company said to send back the phone and they would send a new one,then weeks later I received an email saying it was MY fault the phone was broken,unbelievable,when my contract is up,I'll be leaving this dishonest company

We have been dealing with Brett King who has been very quick to help us with any problems we may have come across.
He was very helpful to help choosing the correct contract and phone that suits our line of works.
Very happy and helpful bloke that makes you feel comfortable to talk to.
Based on own experience with Brett, we would recommend Excalibur to others.
Only issue we have, is the signal is not as strong as other leading companies in some areas but overall great service.
