The folks at Smartmove were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to support our house move. They were responsive to queries, patient when things were difficult with our sale/purchase, reassuring when we needed it and super efficient when we finally managed to exchange and move. We used their pack and move service which was worth every penny. I would absolutely use their services again and happily recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Very responsive to my initial enquiry and carried out video survey quickly and efficiently. Smartmove was considerably cheaper than other companies who quoted, and we were concerned that the service might not be as good, but we needn't have worried. The crew turned up on time, everyone introduced themselves to us, they were professional but friendly, floors were protected and the move was carried out quickly and efficiently, both at the loading and unloading stages. Two of the crew came back the following day to move the remainder of our belongings to storage and, again, they were pleasant to have

I felt confident that Smartmove would provide an excellent service from the moment Matt visited my home. He was reassuring about the items that I thought would be problematic, including a large dining table which I feared would not fit through the entrance of the new house.
On the day of the move Liam, Nathan and Jason were brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly, polite and so hardworking throughout the whole process. An additional member of the team also came and took great care in dismantling and packaging my grandfather clock.

Smartmove were just brilliant. Responsive flexible and supportive. They understand that moving is stressful and really tried to help us at every opportunity. A great crew. We even called them after our move to find something that we needed and they could remember exactly which crate it had gone into. I'd definitely use them again.

I cannot thank the smartmove team enough, they made moving day as stress free as they possibly could and nothing was too much trouble. When we received the keys to our new home they recommended we take time to go in by ourselves and look round which I thought was very thoughtful of them. We were really happy with the service. Communication was good from initial quote to the end. The guys were all great especially all the packing team who did such as efficient job and were super friendly too. It could have very stressful moving with two young children but they made it as painless as possible. Jamie ( think he was the supervisor) was amazing, keeping us informed at every stage, explaining how everything would work and coordinating everything so it ran smoothly. He also kept us relaxed by being so cheerful!
