The polite, efficient, informative, and helpful response from Steve and his apprentice was impressive.

I am writing this so the company improves their communication skills and others are aware of my experience. When I booked with this company they promise a half an hour notice period before arrival. Today I received a call from the engineer with 10 minutes to spare. I could not get back in time, and the company imposed a £25 cancellation fee because of this. I spoke to a manager who was aggressive, treated me with disrespect, was unreasonable and demanded I pay the fee. If Domestic Heroes? promise a notice period that they cannot stick to, then I advise that they do not offer this to customers

Adam came to see if he could repair our washer dryer. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed under an hour. He was so professional and even made friends with our puppy! He showed me exactly what the problem was and explained how it was going to be fixed. He had the parts with him, and he even straightened up our cupboard door when he put the integrated machine back in place. If i could give him 6 stars i would!

When initially asked if they worked in the West Midlands they said yes , but complained when they had to drive so far out for this job, The men that came were rude and unprofessional. The prices were extortionate. Left all the mess on the side , and my dryer is not fixed properly.
