I recently purchased a watch from banks Lyon jewellers, Jessica the salesperson helped me so much from initially ordering the watch with herself to making sure it was delivered in time for Christmas as it is a present for my son.
I Carnt praise Jessica enough, she was so helpful, efficient and friendly and is a credit to banks Lyon. Thanks again Jess for all your help, I really appreciate everything you did to get it delivered on time.

Very posh and expensive jewellers shop.
Staff not very knowledgeable, little bit vague when answering my questions about watches.
General repairs were expensive and took a long time to repair with no call back when items were ready for collection.
Cannot recommend unless you have plenty of time and money to spend.

The young guy (didn't catch his name) needs to do more research on products.
Asked about how much the Tag Heuer Connected 2020 straps are and if they had any in stock.
He said they're £130 for the strap plus extra for the clasp. I said the clasp are included in the price so he went to double check, he came back saying the same thing!
So for this reason, I've bought 3 straps from a different shop.... for £130 each.
To be fair, the shop was clean and staff are polite.

I booked an appointment with Banks Lyon with a view to purchasing my very first luxury watch. The one that I chose was on the website, however I was informed that it had been discontinued. However, Myles searched for the model that I wanted, and found one a couple of days later from the brand themselves. I went back to the shop and paid the very same day (With a little discount for cash). I collected it a few days later. I will use them again as they will move heaven and earth to meet their customers needs.

I had a dreadful experience with Banks Lyon. Watch ordered (Breitling £5600) kept getting delayed (over 2 weeks) until I was so exasperated I cancelled order. Sales girl said I was impatient and should get some perspective, it was only a watch! Customer service eh! I informed manager of my experience who said he would investigate, then never got back to me. Poor poor company. To their credit they did refund my deposit quickly. I found watch with another company for £400 less, so I suppose they did me a favour, but completely ruined my birthday.
Dont touch them would be my friendly advice!

A piece of top quality London in Lancaster. Really attentive staff with unsurpassed knowledge of their products. I only wanted my wedding ring made larger, they measured my finger and gave all the options clearly. I was a very satisfied customer and spent less than £100. Mind you I can't afford the shoes in the Banks Lyon shoe shop next door.

I had a very unhappy five month relationship with Banks Lyon over the supply of a faulty watch. They declined to refund or replace the watch and simply batted me backwards and forwards between the manufacturer. It seems that once the goods are supplied to just lose interest.
Next time I make a high end watch purpose I'll go to a high street chain. Most of them are all too willing to negotiate on list price these days.

Banks Lyon have been opne now for over 20 years and they really are the creme de la creme of jewellers.
Be warned, this is no Elizabeth Duke or H Samuels. This is the highest quality jewellery and watches. normally the only time you would find me there is with my face pressed up against the window drooling but I had occasion to shop of something special recently and I have to say the quality of service I received was second to none
If you're buying from the Links of London or Mont Blanc range then it is perfectly possible to get something special for around 100 quid. I was very happy
