After about 7 years of faultless service my Dell desktop computer wouldn't switch on. I checked my external backup hard drive and found the latest backup hadn't happened. Fearing I had lost my files and photo's I wasn't happy. Onto the laptop and a quick Google brought up MH Computers which is fairly local to me. I spoke to Mick who said "bring it in". Took the computer in and explained the fault and left it with Mick. A couple of hours later Mick phoned to say he had traced the fault and it could be fixed.
