Brilliant place. Breakfast are really good. Rooms differ a lot. We were a big group my one brother didn't have a great room. Very small and just a double bed. I believe rooms are being up graded slowly.
Breakfast second to none. Have to order the night before.
The self catering apartment downstairs is really great. Both double bed rooms lovely, living, dining and lounge great.
Two minutes from the front. Easy access to buses, old town etc.
I would go back anytime. Highly recommended.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at Kimberley House, what a little gem!
First stay ever here and first visit to whitby for 25 years.
The point many make about the parking is true, but nothing at all to do with any of the guest houses, I'm sure all have the same issue, that's the thing when you go to such a popular place like Whitby
On arrival a lovely information pack with clear info, keys, parking passes, breakfast order, things to see etc etc, both owners Andrew and Rachel can be contacted anytime and so helpful
Stayed in Room 4, unlike previous reviews we were more than pleased with our

Nice and clean rooms, feels quite homely and really comfy beds. Had a good sleep every night! Breakfast is probably the best aspect of this B&B; easy to order and excellent service by Rachel, even gave us an extra fried egg in replace of a sausage! Hats off to Andrew as the chef too, food always piping hot and cooked to perfection. Overall, for £75 a night in mid august, an absolute steal! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Lovely little place, really close to the centre of Whitby, but far enough away that you can enjoy the fantastic views from the windows.
Andrew and Rachel the owners were fantastic and very friendly.
We had the family room, which is a rarity to find and at such good value.
Highly recommended and if you want a break in Whitby, you won't go wrong staying here.
