We hold our BS EN ISO 1090-1:2009 & 2:2008+A1:2011 Execution Class 3 in conjunction with BS EN ISO 3834-2 through the TWI Certification Scheme. We specialise in the design of structural steel, process pipework, stainless steel silos and storage tanks. All structural steel can be CE Marked and meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 3834-2 and BS EN ISO 1090-1 Execution Class 3.

We work closely with our clients to provide a turnkey service to meet their individual needs and deadlines. CNC Plasma Profiling: Our CNC Plasma offers the latest in cutting technology so we can provide a faster service and finer finish for a variety of metal thicknesses. Available for use in Mild Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
We are situated next to the Highland Galvanisers which are less than half a mile from our workshop allowing us to deliver and collect orders with more efficiency. Accommodates spray painting facilities which enables us to apply a basic primer to steel components. Vast fleet of on-site service vehicles fully kitted up with the latest portable tools including welders, grinders and drilling equipment.
CE Marking of construction products became mandatory in the summer of 2014 at which time fabricators were required to demonstrate compliance with the harmonised standards set out in the CPR. We are proud to be one of the first in our area to be assessed and qualified to Execution Class 3 and hold the following certificates issued by the TWI.
WPS: Can be qualified in house and tailored to meet our clients requirements. Our WPS's for structural steelwork are qualified through our 3rd party welding engineer in accordance with the standard BS EN ISO 15614-1 and verified by LR. WPQS: All our welders are qualified in accordance with ISO 9606 part 1 and their qualifications are regularly updated to ensure our high standards are maintained.
