A combination of massage, hot and cold stones, ideal for treating a particular problem area or acute injury. I am Nicki Brown and I specialise in helping people to feel better by treating and relieving muscular and joint pain.

Whether that is by creating long term changes and postural improvements through Structural Integration, easing muscle tension, strains, fatigue and injuries using Sports massage, treating whiplash or TMJ problems with an intra oral treatment or a treatment for relaxation and unwinding such as Hot Stone Massage.I aim to provide an exceptionally high standard of care for my clients.
Services
I have been working in complementary therapies since 1999 and trained to a high level of advanced massage therapy with several leading institutions. I am a member of the SMA, (Sports Massage Association) and registered with the CNHC, the government recognised regulating body for complementary therapies.
KMI Structural Integration is a hands-on treatment, using touch and movement, to manipulate and re-educate your body's fascia. It aims to enhance your posture and flexibility, giving long lasting changes by unwinding the patterns of strain that are held in your body thereby restoring its natural balance and grace.
Firstly, you don't have to be an athlete to enjoy or benefit from Sports Massage. I have many clients, of all ages, who have Sports Massage to help a broad range of conditions. If you have stress, tension, aches, pains or injuries then, whatever the cause, Sports Massage can help you find relief. A thorough consultation combined with my knowledge of anatomy and physiology means I do create a personal treatment for you.
Smooth, iron rich basalt stones are heated in water and then used to massage your whole body. The warmth of the stones melts away tension from your muscles to provide a deeply soothing and relaxing massage. The magic of the stones lies in their ability to absorb and then transmit the heat of the water to your body.
A US study stated a conservative figure of 23.7% of women over 20 are likely to have a pelvic floor disorder, rising to just under 50% in our 80's. Hypopressives are a great way to start! They are non-invasive, do not involve medication and can be practiced anywhere without the need for equipment. I discovered Hypopressives when researching ways to help my own pelvic floor symptoms.
