Our Manager Ritchie has worked in Estate Agency since 1997, during which time he worked for one of the largest corporate Estate Agencies and was the most successful branch manager for two consecutive years. After having countless issues with the current estate agent, it was a great surprise to have found Chartwell. They are professional, responsive and have great properties. We have just moved into a new flat with Chartwell on 25th April and I can safely say that Jessica has been one of the best estate agents we've ever dealt with.
Even before the confusion of Covid-19 she was super quick at replying and clear in all her responses to questions. Since the Government movement restrictions, she has continued to provide amazing advice and information, she has definitely made the admin side of moving very easy for us!
If this is the case for our whole tenancy we have no doubts we'll look to use Chartwell for future moves.

As a tenant I have had my first experience with Chartwell. We are in a peoples business and in this case Jessica McGuigan has been professional, courteous, polite, efficient, accurate and extremely helpful. It has been such a pleasant experience it's almost unbelievable. Jessica has been 1st Class and I would absolutely recommend her and work with her again.
