Weeks after completion and paying for conservatory, we are still trying to get an aftercare engineer to look at the 'cosmetic' problems. The excuse is covid and people isolating. But this is weak, as it's approximately a twenty minute or so job to affix the plastics on the end properly and affix the end of the guttering firmly. The chap concerned is either on a job or on holiday, which is the excuse he came out with for last week. Not phoning to even try and set a time to come. We won't be purchasing any more products we intended to buy from this establishment.

Replacement windows, door and conservatory. Easy to get quote and survey. Fitters Greg and Kevin were excellent, friendly, polite and professional. Did an excellent job. Also had a recent issue with previous job done by the company and despite the time lag since installation, this was resolved to our satisfaction

A replacement bedroom window completed today by Super Seal. Excellent product construction, feels very solid. Initial enquiry and price for work completed very professionally and quickly. Actual fitter on the day, Simon, arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and quickly and a very sociable informative person. A great asset to your company. Recommend this firm with confidence.
