Had the misfortune of coming into contact with Jack Price today. He has a chip on his shoulder that might impress Harry Ramsden, but sadly a high level petulance that would shame most and make him thoroughly unpleasant to deal with. Demanded discounts and offers on first contact with an air of entitlement that was misplaced. I hope he doesn't conduct all his matters with the same lack of judgement.
