Express Delivery is a 'Same Day Dispatch' service (Mainland UK if ordered before 3pm) and uses a 24h courier for delivery. Yes - A Saturday courier service can be arranged with our customer service team. The charge for this service is 25.00 to Mainland UK - other locations are quoted on request. We ship to all areas of the UK, The Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Online order of a full scale building site warning poster ~ signs and stuff everywhere covering mostly everything.
Extremely reasonable price that included a safely wrapped cardboard container to keep the sign safe.

Placed an order on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday on Thursday get a confirmation if delivery email. Get home nothing there. Emailed to complain and get stonewalled despite them having all the information already. Pretty Poor

Paid £1300 for a TERRIBLE & CHAOTIC SERVICE. Very misleading website.....the company wants to take your money and then only to call you 1 hour later trying to negotiate part deliveries as they don't have the items in stock. Paid a premium for next day delivery.....the website says order by 3pm and get your items next day. Website should really say "next day delivery....but we wont mean the very next day - maybe the next day after that....or not......or it will be a day....just cant guarantee the next day".

Fantastic customer service. The after sales service was second to none. I had a scratch on one of the signs and within 24 hours I had a new one in my hand. Chelsea was excellent and resolved the matter swiftly and efficiently. May be during the lockdown these guys were (understandably) back logged with orders but they are up and running with an excellent and efficient service now. Thank you
