Had lots of different problems with this taxi company. Waited 30 minutes for a taxi even though they said it would only be 5 -10 minutes. Another time waited 40 minutes from the taxi and no explanation was given. The company has around 10 taxi, and sends out skyline taxis. I just got told this from the taxi driver so not 100% sure of it's true or not.

Used for airport transfers as was cheapest quote around. As a company they didn’t stick to their original quote of £75 each way to and from Stansted (which is on the website), we ended up paying £80 - hence 4 stars not 5, but we found the drivers to be reliable and very professional. We were kept updated throughout and both cars were comfortable. In particular, driver number 7042 couldn’t do enough for us - he was friendly, kind, and even offered us some chocolate after our long flight home! :) lovely man & a great driver.

Pre booked with this company for Luton Airport, I was quoted £45 each way all in.
On the way I was charged £49 back £62. I made a complaint and was told by the operator who booked me in, he would get the owner to ring me as should of definitely been charged £45 each way. Unfortunately the owner has not rang me, I have been fobbed off for 3wks now. I'm sure the company will leave some smart reply regarding this. However this is not the first review hi lighting this problem (so don't be fooled) and certainly won't be the last.

On time, drivers pleasant enough. However noted 2 strange things that happened both ways on way to venue i was quoted £4 i paid, my receipt to email said £3.50? Again way home £4 i paid receipt email said £3? Hm.. maybe poor drivers trying to make themselves some extra cash without bosses knowing but wos a bit miffed i spose. App great for tracking where driver is & prices good

Skyline emailed me a quote for a very large booking. I double checked price via email, they confirmed it was right. Less than 24hours before it was due, received a call to say they were almost doubling the price as got it wrong! Didn't care I had the booking in writting, didn't care that it was out of my working hours so couldn't contact anyone to tell them that it would cost them more. And when I asked to speak with a manager, was told that there wasn't one. I asked for someone to call me back, no one rang! I was ignored! I was left waiting

If I could give then NIL I would. Pre-booked a taxi earlier in the evening to take me to the train station from the theatre after the show (2205).
Show finished early, asked it someone was around for an earlier pickup - told they'd just been despatched. This was about 2150. At 2210 they were chased and was told that there was a problem so nobody was on their way yet - they'd screwed up the original booking as well as the second request.
If you're in Milton Keynes do not rely on this firm. Use anyone else. Walking would have been quicker. They set a new low bar for incompetence and with any luck
