Services
Within the print room there is a wealth of presses, all Heidelberg: one 10 x 15 letterpress platen, one Heidelberg SB 540 x 770 cylinder, one Speedmaster 52 two-colour and the pride of our fleet. The five-colour press is a magnificent machine: it can print five-colour straight at up to 15,000 sheets per hour.
We have invested in a Heidelberg Versafire EV Digital Press to offer you flexibility and meet your need for a cost-effective solution and it delivers quality very close to litho print. The Versafire EV is characterized by a large variety of applications and the five special colours.
The machine delivers high quality and offers the possibility of reliable production of CMYK standard jobs, as well as the five special toners: White, Varnish, Neon Yellow, Neon Pink and Invisible Red.

The machine can print on to a variety of materials including paper, white or clear self-adhesive vinyl and various types of banner and display material. After printing, the machine can also cut to the exact shape of the design. This is ideal for things such as labels, which can be produced to any size and shape you could imagine.
Print Plus can handle all sorts of finishing processes: spot varnish (machine or UV), film lamination (Matt or gloss), foil blocking, strip gumming, perforating, cutting and creasing, special folds -- you name it, we do it! Spiral binding is available using Wire-O equipment -- ideal for calendars and books that need to open flat.
Whether you are mailing 200 postcards or 5,000 brochures, we have access to postage discounts that could cut your postal costs by up to half. Whether you have a single letter to send to your customers or you want to send different items to different people in a single mailshot we can help. Our machinery packs into envelopes or wraps in polythene, inserting up to six items in one wrapper.

I needed a printing label last minute and my printer isn’t working. I called around Hereford about getting one page printed and one place wanted £6 for one piece of paper! Kelly was very professional and I was able to go grab my page as soon as I sent it over! Very affordable and awesome service!

Popped in a couple of months ago to enquire about some sign writing for the windscreen of our 4x4 expedition project. The chap taking the details seemed like he couldn't care less, not asking style or colour etc. After telling him the website details that I'd like making up, he never got into contact. I called a week later and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Perhaps it was too small a job and they didn't feel like it was worth it. Either way, terrible customer relations. Anyway, I went to a place in Abergavenny who did it then and there. Disappointing.
