We kicked things off with a meeting at a local cafe - for me it was really important to use a local company and to be able to have that personal contact. Even complicated stuff like code alterations and helping me gain control over the business' Google presence has been made easy. I am really pleased with the outcome and am not worried if anything goes wrong because there will not be any stress sorting it.

After leaving a request on bark.com for a website I was contacted by Suzy Perry, after a friendly and informative phone call, which was a pleasant surprise from the countless more aggressive sales pitches I'd received after my advertising.
An initial zoom chat was again friendly and informative and I was sure I wanted to work with Suzy... Our next appointment Suzy guided my through the pages and content we would use, things I needed to work on and the next steps of the process that was completely new to me.
Suzy then passed me on to Pam who again carried in the great customer care and continued

We asked it'seeze to build us a new website to replace our previous (and frankly amateur) effort. They quickly gathered requirements, using other sites we liked and some of their ideas to accelerate the process, then, got the build underway, keeping us close as they went. The whole process took less than 8 weeks end to end and we are really happy with the result. New site looks really professional and includes some custom functionality we wanted.
They were very competitive on price, delivering a result that would have cost £000's more elsewhere.
