Valentines Day is a high traffic day for florists, I get it. But when businesses take your order, you assume they are going to take care of you. According to an email my order was canceled at 8pm. After frantic phone calls it was finally delivered at 10, and it wasn't what I paid for because the florist was out of stock.
I will not be ordering from this company again. And if accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are important to you - I advise you to find another florist.
