VILE owners - DO NOT book with them at all costs. My grandma of 70 called up to ask a few questions and the husband was horrific and said you obviously don’t know about bed and breakfasts and “to forget it” and put the phone down. I then rang the wife to query what happened and she was extremely patronising with a very bad attitude. I mentioned that my grandma was trying to book on behalf of her grandson and she said “is he not capable of booking for himself”? Rude people do not deserve good customers!!

Lovely clean family run guest house. Traditional seaside hotel decor, sympathetic to the era in which it was built. Variety of sizes of rooms to suit couples and families alike. Fair pricing and the owners are extremely accommodating and welcoming. Generous breakfast servings to a high standard with plenty of variety. Limited off street parking is available, provided it hasn't already been reserved by anyone else.

Excellent guesthouse. Friendly owners. Clean spacious rooms. Really nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfy beds. Ideally located close to all the best restaurants and only a 10 minutes walk from the Pier. I would not hesitate to recommend this guesthouse to anyone. This will be our 1st choice should we come to Llandudno again.
