I was moving out from my accommodation as a tenant. Joey Abreu had been super helpful to contact the new tenant to see if he wants to take my furniture/ broadband. Because of his extra step, the new tenant really accept the offer!! Thank you Joey for the prompt replies and the extra effort :)) I highly recommend him!

They found us a buyer relatively quickly and were always responsive and helpful throughout the process. Had a really positive experience with Oaks estate agents on our first house purchase. They were always contactable and were so on it with chasing up our solicitor on behalf of us when we were waiting on reports from them, even Gabriel the MD would regularly get in touch with them to try and ensure we could exchange & complete as quick as possible. This was really appreciated as our solicitor was very slow with most things! Due to them being a smaller estate agent it definitely felt like we had a more personable experience and they helped us through the home buying process. Would definitely recommend

The team at Oaks have been amazing right from the start! From my rental search to managing the property I'm currently living in. Brad is so patient, kind and understanding which is a massive help when you have a thousands questions in need of answering. I found Oaks to be a great estate agents, very professional and they gave me really good advice about my sale. They used their expertise to generate interest and it wasn't long before I got myself a buyer.
