Services
We are subject to availability, able to draw up Wills for any person with a property or assets and deal with any individual requirements. We will advise you of the available options as to how your assets can be left. We can also, subject to availability, deal with the probate of a straightforward small estate.
The Head of Residential Conveyancing' is Andrea Egan. We are a Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accredited firm and part of our accreditation requirements is that we must comply with the National Conveyancing Protocol. We can offer on most occasions a competitive fixed fee conveyancing service throughout the transaction to ensure that the process is easy and simple.
We can deal with private crime matters in the Manchester area, focusing on motoring offences on a private paying basis only. We can provide advice and assistance if you have or are to be charged with a motoring offence, such as drink driving or driving without insurance. We can accompany you as your representative at any police station interview and also represent you at Court.
We offer a range of services, regardless of whether you are a landlord or tenant in relation to all aspect of leases. For landlords we look at commercial leases, renewing leases, licences and rent reviews. For tenants we look at taking on new leases, transferring your existing lease and renewing your lease.

Bought my first home with Andrea and Natalie- the two ladies that run this place are bloody brilliant. Natalie works as the legal admin and has incredible customer service and a brilliant memory! Andrea is thorough, stays in touch and extremely reasonable in price. We've bought and sold a few houses over the years and tried various solicitors. Andrea at E&K solicitors was a breath of fresh air. She was both efficient and very diligent in her work. Her replies to emails would be within minutes. She would explain the whole house buying process in plain and simple English and outlined all potential options at each point. With other solicitors in the past we have found ourselves always chasing for updates and not hearing anything for weeks etc, but with E&K we never had to chase to find out what was happening as she was so efficient with giving updates regularly
