I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received from MTS.
I have been working with many recruitment firms over the years and usually agencies only want you to fill a position for them, rather than actually finding out about what “us” the contractors are looking for.
I was asked questions that promoted what I was looking for instead of the consultant just making money off me and what jobs they had to offer.
MTS really did go the extra mile to send my CV's to companies I had an interest in working for and also sent my CV’s to companies that they felt would suit me.

I have worked with MTS for 3 years now. I have always spoken to Jas who always seems to get me the longest contract jobs offering the best pay rate. I must say if you are a site fitter/steel erector to get in contact with Jas as she always has the best jobs going that pay the best rates. Best agency and best consultant ever
