A delightful guest house. Excellent location--in walking distance to beach, Abbey, and shops. Rooms are well-appointed, cheerful, and clean with views of the Abbey and large windows that open to let in the sea air. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast features at least six kinds of fresh fruit, yogurt, and Full English cooked to order. Coffee and tea in-room. Fabulous place. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stayed here for Bram Stoker's Film Festival 2012, not bad as last minute booking/cancellation. So booked again for this year's festival in October, as well as three days in family room in September. For the latter - lovely double room but attached to a cramped box room in need of refurbishment with two single beds, one squashed against window with low window ledge making it *very* dangerous for children to fall out. Very steamy and stuffy as didn't dare open that window.
