I frequently enjoy a massage from Kathleen, who is very friendly and puts you at ease. I am an active gym participant and find the massage greatly helps with any aches and pains. Aromatherapy Massage is a holistic therapy treating the mind, body and spirit. It is a wonderful way of therapeutically helping the body in eliminating toxins, energising and healing. It is best to drink plenty of water or herbal tea after having massage to aid in the elimination of toxins. It is also best to avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol for up to 12 hours after treatment.
