Having completed an apprenticeship as a Carpenter and Joiner I progressed into Property Maintenance and the installation of Upvc products. Firstly working for various companys before branching away on my own. Having spent the last 20 years heavily involved in the installation of Upvc windows and doors I have gained a large knowledge of different systems, fittings and possible causes of defects.
The last 7 or 8 years have been spent mainly involved in the repair of upvc windows and doors and we have built up a good set of contacts and suppliers to help source spare parts. Our aim now is to be able to attend a customers call and be able to resolve most problems on the initial visit using the vast collection of parts carried on our service vehicle.

Covering a 30 mile radius of Scarborough North Yorkshire, we carry out repairs and referbishments to existing upvc doors and windows for both domestic and commercial customers. Operating from a well stocked service vehicle we aim to repair most faults on our first visit. As specialist repairers of upvc doors we can repair, replace or up-grade your locks, even if you've lost your keys.
As a company we offer a personal service repairing and maintaining windows and doors fitted to both domestic and commercial properties. Offering a 24/7 call out and being able to complete most repairs on our first visit using parts from our well equipped service vehicle.

emailed on boxing day, had a reply that day scheduling in window repair for 30th/Dec. Arrived on time with a 'be 20 minutes text' before hand. Polite, friendly and fixed the window. Will certainly recommend and use again (takes card payments too!)

Delighted to find that it is possible to replace all our elderly double-glazed panes (full of condensation) without replacing the entire window! A quick visit to measure up, and a further quick visit a week later to change the panes, and the job was done - a painless, clean and efficient operation. We had all the brackets replaced on the windows, new locks and several new glass units put in. This has been done to a very high standard and in a very professional manner. I am delighted with the work done, very reasonable price. I would highly recommend. We will be using window fixer for any future work.
