We hired Bret from Matt Maurice Event Music to DJ at our wedding in the Cotswolds in September.
We postponed our wedding due to COVID-19 and Matt was very accommodating.
Olivia helped us to organise everything in the lead up to the big day and she was always very helpful and responsive.
On the night, Bret completely transformed our venue (the LED dance floor looked incredible!) and he was a real crowd pleaser. He was happy to take requests from our guests and he played a great range of music.
We will not hesitate to recommend Bret and Matt Maurice Event Music to our family and friends.

We can’t thank Matt and the team enough for the incredible music, lighting and entertainment at our wedding. The DJ we had chosen sadly stopped working, so Matt himself stepped up and gave us a phenomenal evening. As we planned our wedding from abroad, Matt was always just the other end of the phone whenever we needed. He helped us with perfect playlists for the welcome drinks and wedding breakfast. Our evening music was exactly what we had pictured and the dance floor was nonstop all night. Alongside Matt DJing, we had the incredible Tunday playing the saxophone which elevated the mood even

DJ Brett was completely brilliant! My husband and I have spent the first week of our honeymoon nursing blisters because we danced so much 🤣
Lots of our guests have also said what a good job he did. And the dance floor was full all evening with a great mix of our guests - which speaks for itself really.
More broadly, we found the song selection system easy to use and a great way to ensure Brett knew the sort of thing we would like. And booking, payment, set up etc was all extremely easy, with easy and helpful communication throughout from the events coordination team.

Matt Maurice provided the music, dance floor and lighting for my daughter’s 21st birthday party at a London venue. They were brilliant - efficient, professional and good value. The DJ Carl was fantastic and ensured the dance floor was full all night. Four hours of dancing went by too quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

We booked a DJ for our wedding last month through Matt Maurice. From the 1st contact we made with them until the last track played on the night, they were fantastic. Professional, friendly & helpful, with speedy responses to any questions we had. Our friends & family are still talking about how cool the DJ was and what great music he played. We arranged an early set up so the DJ was already set up when our guests arrived and he played some great background chill out music during the reception and the meal and then rocked the place when the party started! We also added some up-lighting to the package

We used Matt Maurice for our sons Bar Mitzvah and I have used the company for work events on a few occasions. I have always found them to be incredibly professional, friendly and fantastic at what they do. We live far away from London in Norfolk but that wasn't a problem. My younger son has already asked if we can have the same DJ and everyone has commented on how great the set was, it was a struggle to get us off the dance floor! Thank you Matt Maurice and thank you amazing DJ Bret.
