Had all new windows, front door and 2 patio doors fitted by Thermashield.
One patio door lock doesn't work, all windows need re-adjusted and one patio door wasn't installed correctly and fell out. Various windows have not been sealed either.
Despite numerous calls and emails, haven't had any correspondence and I think their 10 year guarantee is just a bit of A4 paper.
Finally, they tried to charge us for oak facings and sills that were not installed and then threaten us with debt collectors when we hadn't paid our re-submitted bill within 9 days, although their terms are 10 days!!

We have just had all our windows replaced along with a new front door and French doors installed by Thermashield. Initial consultations with Ronnie were great, no hard sell just helpful and informative. Installation was faultless, the team were very hard-working, professional and tidy. The materials were ready when we were told they would be and it was easy to arrange dates for installation. Would absolutely recommend them 100%.
