Ruth Robson and Gabriella Kersley, Joint Managing Directors and Fellow Members of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, are two of the original founders of Tandem and have each worked in the industry for over two decades. Contacted Tandem regarding job opportunities with my local council and I have to say they were on the ball right away. Several other agencies send me details about jobs but I cannot say they are really putting themselves out. Tandem on the other hand rang me with up dates and I felt they were really trying. I did manage to get a job on my own volition and contacted Tandem. They were pleased that |I had found employment and I would not hesitate in using them again.

I have left Tandem after 5 years for retirement, over this time they have been very good to me, professional and understanding especially over this last year with family health issues and bereavement.
I would recommend them as an agency they have been prompt to answer questions and helpful with concerns, importantly pay slips and pay have always been on time,

My experience with them was very good. I contacted them because of a job advertise in my area. On the first meeting they showed to know the market very well and I liked their direct approach. In just a few days they arranged me an interview which resulted on an outstanding outcome. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a job in this area. They know what they do.
