We have recently had wardrobes fitted by Freestyle and were very pleased with the service from design to fitting. After visiting and measuring Steve was really helpful in his suggestions for design and finishes. The fitter Mark was both efficient , skilful and meticulously tidy and careful . The delivery of all the cabinets was also carried out in a careful and considerate manner by Lee. An all round great team effort from everyone . Thank You.

We have just had a bedroom fitted via the Broadwater shop. The booking was made in June for a September start date to allow for annual leave to be booked and follow on trades - plasterer, decorator, carpet fitter to be booked in by ourselves. Advised this date was confirmed in the diary. A few weeks prior to the start date late on a Friday afternoon was phoned and told their fitter was away on a honeymoon that week- the oversight was blamed on a changeover of laptops and the boss not wanting to spend any money on the relevant software! So we then had to rearrange our leave and the 3 other trades

Disappointed with the service. Always had to be chased to get things done, and left the washing machine door not flush with the rest of the kitchen. We will have to get our own builder to sort that out. Also over ordered on the doors and shelves and left us with a load which we had to take to the tip ourselves.
