IVR (interactive Voice Recognition) Autobook - is a booking system which will despatch our first available taxi to the address associated to a known landline phone number activated by the customer. Simply using the option of pressing a number instead of talking to an operator. Mobiles can be programmed "Blue Line Taxi here" to the saved number 01226 244444 which will activate upon our vehcile arrival.
Business accounts are always welcome from both national and local companies. Blueline already fulfil major contracts for the local NHS Trust, BMBC schools and social services departments as well as many local businesses. A special weekly pre-paid cash account is also available for regular users who do not want their family / clients carrying cash all day every day.

After previously posting a positive review I am forced to post a negative one your taxi driver was late and rascist if someone states there on there way to a job interviews your already late can we hurry up please why ask me if there's no jobs where I come from ? Then no card machine ok fine but tell me 1st so we can go via a cash point so. Not even later. Then to block me for his attitude I was charged £15 from monk bretton to Royston Aldi he over charged me and now no one can give me an email to complain I have reported you to the cancel. I have got lots of cabs from you most at 5 in the morning

I use then exclusively. But today they said 40 minutes. Sat on the bench in the front for 60 minutes. I phoned back and they said it's been and gone ! Either the operator or the driver is lying. Look back at CCTV. Hasn't been a taxi on my street all day. Very unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour. She said phone back after you look on CCTV but I will just tell you same thing. Tells you all you need to know really just listening to the uninterested tone they take on the phone. We are just the customers. We must all lie.

Taxi driver driver charged me 2 pounds extra for paying the fare by card on the app. While I understand that the app charged both me and him and it would have been more efficient to book it by phone, why is this my concern if I already paid? I would have booked a taxi by phone next time for the sake of everyone, but I'm very disappointed that I had to be asked repetitively for two pounds. Why do you use the app in the first place if you don't like to pay it?

Blueline went above and beyond for me today to get a pet taxi for me has I explained I had a very sick dog on the phone. she said she would sort something ASAP the taxi took 5-10 minutes is normally half hour or more as not many taxis accept pets. This kind gesture probably saved my dogs life so thank you for this eternally grateful to the staff at blueline :-)
