This was my first visit to VSC after always having my Mercedes serviced at the Mercedes dealer where I purchased the car from new. As my car service light started to illuminate on the dashboard, I tried to arrange a service directly with Renault, however, they could only see me in January for a full service and MOT which would be past my existing MOT.
I search around on google and came across VSC MOT and Servicing, so i contacted them via the telephone and was given a quote for a full service and MOT, which I thought the price was reasonable. The gentlemen I spoke was professional and helpful, answer my questions and explained that if I dropped my car off at 0730 in the morning, they will be able to completed the service

VSC serviced my car and carried out the MOT. Great service from Faisel and the rest of the team at VSC. Faisel even contacted the manufacture and found the correct part for a small issue I had with my car. They also updated my service history with the manufacturer. Good value and good service I would use VSC again.

Went for an MOT which turned into almost being charged £400+ for a suspension that was according to this business, completely corroded. After arguing with them about the issue as the car is only 3 years old they then failed my car on the MOT saying that the front wipers have 'gone'. The wipers were worn and were at best an advisory for the MOT. I refused to let them do any work after that. Take your car to a local unit and you'll find honesty which this business and Raj is lacking.

Worst Car Service Providers in Hounslow! I went to them with a minor issue of ‘brake light and indicator light not working’. Rather than finding the cause of the real issue, they replaced a tail lamp which was working absolutely fine. They charged me £194 pounds for this. Within few weeks, the same problem reappeared. Took my car again to them 6 times thereafter, every time they promised that problem has been fixed, but the moment I took car out of garage, the same problem reappeared. Manager has threatened me that if you write a review, I will reply saying customer is at fault; He even threatened
