I’ve used larger High Street agent for letting properties and had atrocious service and been charged inordinate amounts of money for the privilege!! Cherie of Langley Estate agents is very professional, efficient and helpful. Their charges are extremely reasonable considering the exceptional service. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Cherie has been a fantastic and supportive estate agent. Always available to answer questions - even on a day off at the beach! House sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently - she clearly knew the market and gave great advice. After we accepted an offer she has continued to be supportive and helpful. Cherie Langley did an excellent job helping me sell my flat! She found a buyer very quickly at the start of the year. That buyer sadly pulled out due to coronavirus uncertainty and I was really not sure we would find a second one in what was suddenly a very tough market. Cherie managed it though and we exchanged contracts with the second buyer yesterday. Cherie has been super helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

I have rented out a property through Cherie at Langley Estate Agents for 4 years and have been extremely pleased with the excellent service that I have had. Being new to property letting I researched local agents beforehand and decided to work with an independent rather than a nationwide agency and it was the right decision. Communication has always been excellent and any calls or e-mails are answered straight away. Cherie has always recommended excellent tenants that I have been very pleased with, and any jobs that have needed to be done have always been sorted very promptly taking the stress
