The outsourcing of staff in the recruitment industry is known as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you may know it as a "Managed Service" It involves an employer transferring all or part of its recruitment process to a recruitment partner that is independent from the business. It is particularly effective when multiple roles need to be filled over a short period of time and then as an ongoing business solution.
Solutions Recruitment approached us and explained their relationship with The New College, we discussed recruiting an apprentice as we see the long term benefits as an integral part of our business model. The process involved was simple and effective. We liaised with Solutions Recruitment and The New College on several occasions and found the procedure very simple to use.
This was a particularly difficult situation to deal with. We were invited to tender for a contract by a client who was experiencing problems with their incumbent agency. The contract involved the transfer of temporary staff to us, however the client was very concerned that they were going to be charged for transferring staff over by the incumbent.
In order to work as part of a succesful team you need the right proportion of people with the right mix of skills, experience and perspective. Teams are only as strong as the individuals who make them up so it is essential that you are working fully to your strengths and building on the abilities of other team members.

I have worked with Solutions Recruitment for a number of years now and I have always found them to be extremely professional. The business owner, Gary, is focussed and hard working and importantly he genuinely cares about people. The recruitment business is very competitive. In my mind, Solutions Recruitment are streets ahead of most of the others locally, in especially in terms of the quality of service they provide. I wholeheartedly recommend them to you.
