When contacting us, we request your name, email address, telephone number and address, plus any information regarding your enquiry. These are transmitted via email to our customer services team who use the information to deal with your query. This information is only shared with our Westcoast Windows Authorised Distributor Partner who services your region, and is never shared outside of this.

We have a nationwide network of UK distributors who can supply and install Westcoast Windows products. They can guide you through the process of designing your windows and doors, helping with your choice of glazing options, finishes and accessories. Our distributors order directly from our factory in Sweden and will work with you to tailor your windows and doors to your budget and timeframe.

We ordered windows for our new build using a recmmended distributor listed on Westcoast web-site and paid a £22000 deposit (50% of the quote) as requested. It looks as if the recommended distributor has now gone into liquidation taking our money with them. Westcoast have washed their hands of any responsibility. Think twice about ordering from them. 21st June 2021
