Bought a fabulous caravan but 3 months after purchase I'm still waiting for the missing parts that were promised at the time of purchase. Despite numerous 'phone calls and texts it's impossible to get good after sales service...caveat emptor !

I purchased a Range Rover before Christmas. It developed a gearbox fault. Adrian had a courtesy vehicle ready to collect the next day and organised my vehicle to be repaired by an approved auto gearbox specialist. Big thanks to Adrian, Mark and the rest of the team.

Great service and great products provided. Just after receiving our mobile all the way to Ireland. A gorgeous chalet for a reasonable price. We couldn't be any happier with our new home and cannot wait to finally move into it.
There was no quick response to our messages, but the mobile was built in no time and looks absolutely amazing. Everyone loved it.
Would definetely recommend.

I queried about a vehicle which became unavailable. Adrian responded with this but stated other vehicles were available. I more or less stated that I wasn't interested especially after reading the Google reviews. Let me keep this short! The Google reviews were proven by his attitude and response late on a Friday night. I could go more into detail but as I'm sure certain people have had a good experience his attitude is nothing that should reflect a business. Well someone trying to run a business that has no essence of customer service or decorum. Seems if you have any sort of opinion or issue,

Anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this Company Braeside - I’d STRONGLY advise running a mile in the opposite direction. I have never met such ignorant rude vile human beings in my life.
