Brilliant team , very helpful and understanding . Would definitely recommend to friends or family when in need of letting a property, very quick at responding to any questions I had and and securing my first place to call home . I am currently in the process of finding somewhere to live. I found some properties I like and have put an application in for one. So far, Sophie has been very helpful, friendly and professional. She called me today simply to let me know there wasn't an update just yet but she would keep me informed. Service like that is so important to me, and I really appreciate being kept informed, even if there isn't much of an update to give. I can't comment on the experience of actually renting through Bagshaws because I haven't got that far yet, but so far my experience has been great.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bagshaws Derby. We enlisted them
to sell our property and it felt more like I was acting as my own agent. They did not communicate well between parties and failed to manage the purchase of our house, or our buyer’s expectations effectively. It made the whole process a lot more stressful than it needed to be. Although we did find individual staff pleasant to deal with, our overall experience was very poor, it felt very galling paying for the minimal service we received.

As students with our first rental, me and my boyfriend were very new to everything and were very overwhelmed by everything. But Rhys who looked after us was beyond amazing. When we got the property we were very eager, maybe too eager, full of questions and after calling many times, Rhys would always be responsive and give us his best answer and in a good time so we weren't stressed waiting around. His knowledge of the property as he showed us round was excellent and was reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process. For our first experience with property, I couldn't of asked for a better

I have to say I'm really impressed with the team, from start to finish/aftercare the professionalism, responsiveness and overall support has been first class. The team have a strong understanding of customer service, appreciation that every customer has different wants/needs and a real desire to help whenever possible not to mention a great level of patience , A BIG thank you to Tye (letting), Simon (auction) and Sophie (Mgt).
