Honestly, I had to do most of the legwork myself, and push them to move my purchase forward constantly. My move was delayed by 3 months. The most common response I got from them was "we've not received the documents, we'll have to wait" and taking no action to get the documents. So I had to go call the estate agents and other solicitors myself at every step. Satisfied just to sit back and let you stew in an airbnb. Avoid at all costs.
