Services
Our Managing Director has 30 years experience in the manufacture of precision turned components. He started as a cam auto setter in the early 1980s before progressing to CNC sliding head machines and was one of the first in the country to program Tornos Deco machines. He later went on to work for Tornos, leaving to become the Operations Manager of a large engineering company in Dorset.
Full dimensional checks are carried out on all components being produced every hour - unless any special instructions are required by our customers. First Article Inspection Reports and ISIR reports can also be supplied along with quality documentation to PPAP level 3 (Automotive Standard). We are ISO 9001:2015 approved, enabling us to increase our customer base into new markets.
