I had my flat in Beaufort Park on the market for a considerable amount of time and had previously used agents who hardly communicated with me, expected me to conduct all viewings myself and were unsuccessful in generating any serious offers. Tonu from Homesearch Properties was fantastic throughout. She was highly professional, responded to queries almost immediately and offered great advice when asked. She manged to find me tenants with a guarantor that passed the credit check so that I was able to purchase rent and legal protection insurance. The rent she managed to achieve was very high despite the present climate. Her fees were very competitive compared with other agents. Why would you use anyone else for letting your property!!!

My name is Arthur and I am renting a flat in Colindale through Homesearch Properties and I must say it’s the best agency through which I have rented an apartment! Tonu, the owner of the agency, is simply the best! She is a people’s person and absolutely not a cheater like many other London based agencies are. Whenever there are issues… in the flat (ie. dishwasher or washing doesn’t work, there is no hot water because the boiler stopped working etc) that need repairing she immediately gets on it and send someone to fix it. She should be an role model for all
