I contacted Carl Summers based on the recommendation of a work colleague, to apply for a mortgage as a 1st time buyer, on the ex-local authority flat I had been renting for 9 years.
He was very pleasant and easy to talk to, but unfortunately he was unable to get me the mortgage I needed, and I was left very disappointed, and ‘out of pocket’, having paid the £395.00 fee.
Whilst I passed the finance check, the mortgage lender used Countrywide Surveyors to value the property (they are well known for undervaluing/not valuing properties) and the lender declined to lend on the property, on the

My accountant recommended this company because I needed professional advice on my self invested pension scheme. I spoke to Barry Ross who is a financial advisor and he was helpful. He gave me good advice and I am pleased to say I have sorted out my problem. The reason for the 5 star review is he went above and beyond what you would normally expect. He is good at his job, honest and I would definitely recommend him.
