Managing Director and founder of the Company in 1984. Steve started his career working for a Bedfordshire Building Society occupying various roles and progressing to managerial level. He then joined an estate agent in Kettering before moving to a Bedford Agent in 1982. In 1984 Steve formed Waldens and has seen the company become one of the longest standing independent agents in the county.

Rob Goldsmith was our agent and was very helpful with the sales side and keeping us informed on any issues after the sale.
Waldens offered a very competitive rate so did not need to hunt around.

Having used Waldens for a purchase back in 2019, there was no question about choosing them again, this time for a sale and purchase. Nick Webb has been personable throughout, and has felt like a friend as well as our estate agent. I recently sold a property with Waldens help. Personal thank you to Nick for his professionalism. He promised to sell within 4 weeks and he did it even earlier. He sounded very confident. I was happy as buyers didn’t have any chain to deal with and the sale should be quick. But it was an unexpected obstacle on my way. Nick knew how to manage situation. Luckily the obstacle was sorted and the deal reached the point of completion. I would definitely recommend Waldens if you need to deal with the property.

We are very satisfied with the service at Waldens. The agents were extremely polite, professional and very responsive to questions and in chasing up other parties.
